About me and my therapy practice
I have a number of years experience of private practice, NHS & charity settings. I work with Adults, adolescents, children and families. I work with a broad range of difficulties including mental health (anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD), relationships, work place, career, sport, physical health and illness, addiction, eating.
My therapy approach includes psychodynamic, Jungian, CBT, DIT, play therapy.

About me and my therapy practice
I have many years experience as a therapist and supervisor. I work with adults, adolescents and children. I work partly in private practice and pt time time in the NHS with with serious mental illness, personality disorder and common mental health difficulties.
Practice description
My therapy modalities are psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, Jungian, humanistic and existential. I also use CBT, DBT and schema approaches approaches and play therapy.
I work with a very broad range of difficulties provided once a week therapy with little contact between sessions fits.
I have provided supervision to trained and trainee therapists for a number of years.
